Tickets are redeemed for festival wristbands during the week of the event. All attendees must be present when redeeming wristbands. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Waking Windows is a Rain-or-Shine event, so bring an umbrella and/or your coolest hoodie.
Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event.
Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event, or any parts of the event, due to inclement or dangerous weather, Acts of God or other reasons. Waking Windows reserves the right to cancel the event, or any parts of the event, in circumstances Waking Windows deems unsafe for ticket holders, musicians and festival goers. In case of such a cancellation, tickets will not be refunded.
Ticket user gives permission to Waking Windows to use his/her/their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the event.
All 3-Day wristbands must be worn securely and are non-transferable and non-replaceable.
Individual venues have different capacities and they fill up fast on a first come first serve basis so get your butt to the show you want to see. OR, you’ll probably have a ton of fun where you’re at, so stay put.
The availability of Day Passes will be subject to how many weekend passes we sell. If we sell out of weekend passes, there may not be day passes, so just go buy a Weekend Windows Pass why don't ya?
If you are showing signs of intoxication and/or behaving inappropriately you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the venue, security, or festival staff.
